Flowers bloom in spring, providing nectar for hummingbirds, butterflies and bees. These plants are extremely tolerant of dry and sandy locations, and thrive in full sun or part shade They grow wild in our southern area of Canada (Ontario) in an old gravel quarry! Plants will self-seed and naturalize if allowed, but do not become invasive.
