Arugula has dark green leaves and adds a perfect flavour to your salads, sandwiches, and other cooking! The plants form loose heads that are easy to harvest. The best flavour is when they are 2-4" long. Sow Arugula seeds every three weeks for a continuous harvest. If allowed to go to seed it will self-seed to produce new plants.
