This is on the short list of our favourite plants, and given the business we are in, that says a lot! For our 'colder' climate in zone 4 (these are hardy in zones 4-9) these bring a very welcomed tropical feel to the garden, with their bright fiery coloring, dark foliage, red stems, and amazingly reliable and easy to grow plants! After the first bloom, they can be cut back to produce a second show of color in the same season! Absolutely stunning plants that can tolerate poor soils and periods of drought.
