Stemless gentian, short-stemmed gentian or trumpet gentian, is a loved dwarf, mat-forming perennial that slowly forms a spreading ground cover-like carpet. The showy blue flowers are each 2.5" long, and appear as upward-facing trumpets and sit directly on top of the narrow foliage.
