This perennial agave is native to parts of South America, growing well in full sun conditions. It's an interesting agave due to the white streaks on the edge of the leaves. It has gained the Royal Horticultural Society's 'Award of Garden Merit'. Does grow well in containers, though the soil should be well-drained, with sand or perlite. Does best with full sun, though can tolerate part shade.
