A very popular rhubarb, 'Victoria' has brilliant red stems on large quick-growing plants. This is an heirloom rhubarb. Stems are delicious. The flowers are also very attractive, up to 6 feet tall, and creamy white.

Note: Only the leaf-stems are edible. Many people don't know this, all rhubarb leaves, flowers and flower stalks are poisonous! Do not eat them.
