Drosera burmannii <br>SUNDEW
Drosera burmannii is a species in the carnivorous plant genus Drosera that is native throughout parts of Asia and Australia and grows in sandy or gravelly soils in seasonal seepages where a thin film of water collects. It produces a rosette of small, wedge-shaped to round carnivorous leaves that are usually yellowish but become redder with age. Typically this sundew is an annual in nature but can live for many years if kept indoors. It is one of the fastest acting sundews and the leaves can curl around prey in seconds as opposed to some other varieties which take hours.
These are probably the smallest sundew seeds we have. Even for those who don't use reading glasses, we highly recommend a strong pair for opening this seed pack.
