Canada anemone is a herbaceous perennial native to North America, spreading by underground rhizomes, and valued for its pretty white flowers. The flowers bloom from late spring to summer. Wood Anemone grow well in difficult locations. They are tolerant of both moist and dry soils, and also grow well under evergreen (coniferous) trees despite the dry, acidic conditions.
