Blue Hopi was developed by the Hopi Native American tribe, and played an important role in the tribe’s rituals, and was also used as a sweet treat when eaten young. Once mature, it can be dried and ground for flour. Its protein content is high and a good choice for homemade tortillas. Makes a great fall decoration!
